An After-Sales Service based in Aix-en-Provence

• Repair Service : repairs and/or standard exchanges depending on our customers’ needs,
• Customer training to optimize the use of our analysers,

• Spare parts : consumable parts on stock,

• Technical support: our service engineers undertake to reply to your questions by phone or by e-mail within 24 hours.

A team of service engineers covering France (and throughout the world if necessary) to ensure 

• Commissioning of our analysers and staff training on-site,
• Servicing on demand for emergency repairs,
• Regular visits for maintenance contracts, different types of contracts on offer.

Our foreign agents undergo regular training on our full range of products.
